Maths 

At Sidmouth we want all children to aspire to be confident and capable mathematicians. They should have the confidence to attempt new problems and the resilience to persevere at new challenges. We will enable all children to flourish by providing opportunities to practice maths in a range of contexts across the wider curriculum. We will ensure a consistent approach to teaching, with key images and methods modelled consistently across all year groups, building on prior knowledge. As a result, we hope to create skilled mathematicians who enjoy and achieve across the subject.
