Teaching Assistants (2 posts)
Post 1: 32.5 hours per week, Post 2: 13 hours per week
The First Federation Trust is seeking to appoint two Teaching Assistants to support children with their learning from September 2020.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated individual to:
- Work alongside the class teacher to support children across all areas of the curriculum;
- Promote inclusion through the development of social skills, language and emotional well-being;
- Work under the direction of the class teacher and liaise with other professionals both within and outside the school;
- Show a high degree of initiative and be able to react to given situations with integrity and compassion.
You will initially be required to work supporting the children across the school in small groups or individually.
The position is fixed term until 31 August 2021.

Cleaner x 2
The First Federation Trust is looking to appoint two cleaners at Sidmouth Primary School for our sites based at Manstone Avenue and Vicarage Road.
The suitable applicants must be able to work as part of a team providing a cleaning service to all parts of the school.
We are looking for cleaners to work 6 hours per day (split shifts morning and afternoon) from Monday to Friday for 41 weeks of the year. The salary will be paid on a Grade 1 (currently £9.00 per hour) for 38 weeks during term time and 3 weeks during holidays. The holiday weeks will normally be one week at Easter and two during the summer between 9.00am to 11.00pm, (some flexibility, you will be given adequate advance notice of these dates).
