A HUGE well done to all of KS1, especially to our little Seahorses for putting on a fantastic performance!
Spiral Art on the playground!
In Geography this half term we have been learning about changes that occur through each Season. This week we were taking a closer look at Autumn. The children created a piece of art using natural resources to represent Autumn.
'We created a tree to represent the leaves falling off of trees in Autumn.'
'We created a bird because some birds migrate in Autumn.'
'We created fireworks because Bonfire Night happens in Autumn.'
'We spelt out September because September is one of the three months in Autumn.'
'We made a tractor to remind us that farmers collect their crop and Autumn is the season of Harvest.'
Seahorses learned all about sliders and levers before designing and creating their own moving pictures. They did a great job!
