Foxes - Year 3/4

Welcome to Foxes' class page. 

Mrs Nelson will be teaching Mon-Thurs

Mrs Trim will be teaching Friday.

Please make sure your child has P.E. kit in all week as lessons may be changed due to weather. We are due to have an outdoor P.E. each week so please ensure your child has trainers or pumps. They can wear navy blue joggers to combat the cold.

Please ensure that your child brings a backpack and water bottle (containing water) every day. Children can bring in healthy snacks for break.

All children with long hair are advised to tie up their hair.

This half term our theme is 'Scavengers and Settlers' looking at the Stone,  Bronze and Iron age in Britain. 

In art, we are exploring charcoal and cave drawings. 

In history, we will be looking at what live was like in the Stone, Bronze and Iron ages and investigating how and why Stonehenge was constructed.. 

In DT, we will be investigating pneumatics and making moving animals. 

In French, we will be learning the first set of phonemes in French oi,, ou, ch,  on 

and where France is on a map and highlight other famous French cities 

We will also know how they feel and count to ten in French 

In RE, we will be looking at the Trinity.
