Eschools - Parents Evening

Eschools Parent Login and Parents Evening Booking System

After successfully using eSchools with the children and teachers for some while now, we are now happy to move to the next stage of using the interactive system, and bring all parents and carers on to the system with their own login and password. Your login details have been sent home - if you haven't received yours please email

Please visit our website at and click on the green Login button on the top right, and insert your login details.

To see a Youtube Video which clearly explains the booking system, please click here.

As a ‘Contact’, you will see two menu tabs at the top once logged in: ‘Letters Home’ for communications from the school, and ‘Parents Evening’.

Our next Parent/Teacher/Pupil meetings are on Wednesday 1st November and Thursday 2nd November from 3.30-6.30. This is an excellent opportunity for you to have a look at your child's work and to talk to his/her teacher. Parents are reminded that appointments are for a maximum of 10 minutes to ensure that parents with later appointments aren’t kept waiting. If you require a longer appointment please arrange this with the class teacher for another day. We would encourage separated parents, where possible, to come to the meeting together.

In order to book an appointment, please find this event on Eschools under the Parents Evening Tab, once you are logged in. Your child/children’s names will appear on the next screen (scroll down), and if you click on their names you will be able to book a slot for each child with their teacher. Please remember not to book consecutive slots - leave a 10 minute gap between your children to enable you to get to each teacher, avoiding over running.

Please attempt to book a slot as soon as possible, so that we can see if there are any login problems or difficulties with the system that we need to rectify before the event.

If you do have any problems logging in, please email Mrs Bickley on If you would rather book your appointment manually, please contact an office to make that request.
